Join us June 30 for shucking lessons designed by oyster expert Jess Taylor and hosted at the one and only Shuck Taylor’s in Victoria, BC. You’ll get plenty of hands-on instruction to shuck like a pro, along with guidance from seasoned experts. We’ll talk, eat, and shuck all things oyster while having a blast.

Along the way, you’ll uncover some intriguing oyster myths and debunk a few others. You’ll learn about the rich history of oysters on Vancouver Island and beyond, and you’ll get insider tips on oyster storage, buying, sauces, culture, and farming. Most importantly, we’ll help you plan your own oyster shucking parties, so you can share the fun with friends and family.

By the end of the session, you’ll have shucked and tasted dozens of oysters, gained some fascinating knowledge, and taken home your very own oyster knife as a souvenir. Are you ready to slurp and shuck? Join us for an unforgettable experience!
