In The Beginning
Our first Pop-Up coincided with the rapid growth of local brewery, distillery and winery tourism and the idea took off. Best of all, we met a lot of people and gained a lot of fans. We even got to hire our first employee.
The Food Truck Rethought
Our Pop-Up partners have great beer, wine and spirits. What they don’t have are kitchens. So they welcome food trucks to provide food for their guests. Better idea? The Wandering Mollusk. We bring the party inside. In fact, our skilled and affable shuckers often are the party. We’re eager to provide the highlight to any event, from festivals and grand openings to markets and more.
