Our Pacific Oyster Bar Package

includes all of the following:

  • One or two seasoned oyster shuckers, brimming with oyster knowledge and friendly, maritime hospitality.
  • A minimum of 4 cocktail-sized Ocean Wise Certified Evening Cove oysters per guest.
  • Our legendary Banana Pepper Hot Sauce and an assortment of other oyster-inspired mignonettes.


  • Happy to substitute fresh shucked East Coast Oysters.
  • Turn it up a level with certified organic sustainable Sturgeon Caviar.
  • Amazing fresh shucked scallops with lemon & pepper.
  • Peeled prawns w/ house cocktail sauce or lime mustard.

Site Requirements

We’ll set up our shucking stations indoors or outdoors and according to your plans. We’re entirely self-sufficient with all the lights, tents, and hot water sinks you’ll need for your engagement party or Garth Brooks concert. You provide these basic site needs:

  • Level ground, indoors or out.
  • Four feet of clearance in front of and behind shucking station.


  • Oyster Bar travel is free around the Greater Victoria
    area. We charge $40 per hour for each employee to other destinations unless it’s Hawaii or St. Tropez.
  • A service charge of 20% will be added to all invoices.
  • A 25% deposit secures your event reservation.
  • Cancellations may be made up to 14 days prior to your event. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior will be charged the deposit.


  • Wandering Mollusk will arrive approximately one hour before service begins to give us plenty of time to set up for your event. We charge $40 per hour or fraction for each shucker, for earlier arrivals.
  • Shucking continues for 2 hours.
